When I first called Terminix, the 1st guy was ok.. but I didn’t see any change with the bugs I was having problems with. He told me I had to wait 30 days before I called for them to come back. I realized I couldn’t wait. So after talking to the Branch Manager, he reassured me that he would send someone else & they were going to take care of all of my concerns. Well when Andrew Patrick came out, not only was he more thorough with going through my house, he took time to even Educate me about the roaches I was having problems with!!.. You have to care about your job if you can educate a customer about the DNA of Roaches!!.. So he made me feel like more than just a $$$$ for Terminix.. I could tell he cared about me, my home & my Family!!.. And for that I will ALWAYS recommend this company to friends and family!! Thanks for caring Andrew!!
