I have used Terminix for years and have always been pleased with their service. Recently my mother, who is also a customer of Terminix, had an unfamiliar issue at her home and called for Terminix to come out and evaluate the situation. A service technician went to her home, very soon, and was able to reassure my mom that all will be well, and he went into detail of what needed needed to be done to take care of the current situation. I called, also, and wanted him to give me details of my mother’s situation so that I would understand, too. He did that, and gave me reassurance, also. Hats off to service technician, Daniel Mains, for his professionalism with representing Terminix, and for his kindness and compassion for people. Much appreciation!!
