I’ve used 2 other local exterminators in addition to Terminix to handle my general pest control maintenance services & also to tackle a German cockroach problem that started after allowing a family member to store some furniture at my home. I HAAAAATTTTEEEEE BUGS & so Terminix was the first company I hired once I noticed the issue. They were quick to come out here but I felt their pricing was a little high compared to what I assumed pest control services would run. After talking it over and asking around I was referred to two other local companies who both offered better prices than Terminix, so I signed on with those 2 other companies (at different times obviously) & to make a long story short, fired them both & rehired Terminix. Their guarantee was much better, their professionalism was much better, their technicians and products were much better, because I was still seeing bugs after both of the other companies treating my home, but I stopped seeing bugs almost immediately after Terminix treating my home. In reality, their pricing was a little bit higher, but not too much in comparison to the others, and I would willingly pay the additional amount for the service I receive from Terminix. There thorough and knowledgeable and I really like that the same technician comes to my house each time. It’s nice to feel comfortable and be able to trust the person working inside your home since it’s the same one that comes every time. Our technician is awesome and is very friendly and personable. Every time he comes, so I’m gonna be happier with Terminix. I must say at first I was a little skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews, but I couldn’t be happier with the service we receive from Terminex.
