We’ve had a great experience with Terminix, and a big part of that is our technician, Ronaldo. He is always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the service he provides. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, answers any questions we have, and makes sure we feel confident about the treatment plan.
What really stands out is his attention to detail and positive attitude—he never rushes through a visit and always checks to make sure everything is covered before he leaves. There have been times where he’s gone the extra mile to address concerns and provide helpful recommendations to prevent future issues.
