Mike (commercial tech) is MY tech and he’s GREAT! I have literally cancelled appts with other guys they tried to send out cuz (in the past) some weren’t thorough as I know they should be & I want to stick with what I know! Mike was patient, answered all my questions, and had a nice attitude. This service is too expensive to not have a tech give their 100%! I hope Mike never leaves!
