I have had Terminix in Fayetteville, NC for over 3 years now. Today I was greeted by Jaylen – service technician. Jaylen provided exceptional service. He was friendly, thorough and did what i would expect other techs to do. In my 3 years no one has ever done such a good job, ask questions about what I needed. Handling cobwebs, spraying inside my home and garage and yard. I asked him mid-service how to make sure a review got to his boss. – He was humble and appreciated the comment. He shared he has only been doing this for 3 months. I would like him to service my account for as long as you all hold onto him! Good workers are hard to find, treat Jaylen right – give this guy a raise!!!!
