I had a visit today with Terminix and they sent out Austin b. Have you ever just met somebody and you feel like you known them your whole life, that’s how I felt. He was so respectful, very professional. He walked me through what everything entailed and made sure that I understood everything(: I loved his energy and professionalism, and I think that he is a great person to send out to people’s homes (: I’m glad, I am now going to be a customer with you guys!
