Folks, I am doing all the real estate procedures over the phone and internet with my realtor in Jacksonville, NC. I am purchasing my house in Fayetteville, NC. These Terminix Inspections were made via Realtor and I must say even though I wasn’t present. The current departing owners may have been present. I immediately received notice of inspection completed. To have the house pest sprayed yearly or so it is necessary to prevent critters from damaging your property.
