Ciana Parker was very prompt. She texted me letting me know she was running behind due to the service she had to do before me. Most of the time I never get word of someone running late which is fine it usually doesn’t matter but it helps so I know when to put my dog up at the right time if they are running late. She was very polite! She even helped me reschedule previously because when I originally had my service scheduled it was pouring rain all week and I didn’t want to risk the stuff being washed away. Overall she did awesome 10/10
