The Virginia Beach Terminix office knows customer service! We have owned our house since 2023 and have had nothing but superb service and fabulous attention to detail with all the techs sent over to our residence for termite control and pest extermination. Additionally they have taken time out of their day to give “insect education” and explain the killing cycle used by the chemicals on our property. They know I’m demanding on a defense-in-depth type of yard where NO insects are expected to make it into our house. So far succeess! Started with my early tech Trey who was transferred to the Norfolk office, and currently Alan Banks & Christian Hartley have been outstanding. Keep the monthly visits coming and impeccable level of service that my neighbors are noticing. Also like to thank April (puppet master in the office) who’s controlling all these techs in the field.
