David, our technician is very conscientious about doing a complete and effective quarterly check for pest and insects. He sweeps the outside of our home (3 stories)for spiders and bee nest. He realized he did not have the non-odor granular insect preventative due to our allergies and returned the next week to complete our service. Employees like David is why I remain a Terminix customer for 48 years at 5 different homes in 3 different NC cities.
